New Day Resources, LLC is a local independent Home Inspection Service Company serving Northwest Alabama.  We provide our clients with an unbiased inspection of the home they're either selling or buying.  We also assist our clients with evaluating environmental issues which they may encounter on their property. 

New Day Resources is owned by Timothy Hollis.  Timothy is licensed home inspection (State of Alabama Building Commission - HI 3013).  He is certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) and is an associated member of the American Society of Home Inspectors  (ASHI).  New Day Resources is a member of the Shoals Area Association of REALTORS®

Before starting New Day Resources, Timothy spent over 21 years in the environmental consulting field.  With the skill set he gained in his professional career, along with his residential home-building and renovation experience, Timothy provides both professional and practical approaches to home inspection.  He holds a BS degree from the University Of Alabama College Of Engineering.  Timothy is a Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM) and a licensed Asbestos Inspector.
