Helping to Prevent Costly Surprises
- A primary objective of our business is to bring existing issues to light so that you’re not caught off guard by unexpected repair expenses after a real estate transaction has already been finalized
- To help you better understand the home that you’re buying or selling, we invite you to attend your home inspection so that we can show you any areas of concern that we’ve discovered
- Any time that you have questions after an inspection, feel free to give us a call—we’re here to serve you, and we want you to be fully confident in your knowledge before going through with a real estate transaction
When he’s not inspecting homes, Timothy loves to travel with his wife of 34 years and to spend quality time with his six grandchildren. Timothy also enjoys working on projects outside and serving his local church community at Highland Baptist in Florence.
Alongside his wife, Timothy is a co-president of the Shoals Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace—building, delivering, and assembling beds for children and families in the Shoals area. For more information about Sleep in Heavenly Peace, click here.
