Buyer’s Inspection

Pre-Listing Inspection
We work with clients preparing to sell their home by offering an investigative home inspection prior to the listing of the property. Re-inspections
Our full inspection of your prospective home will more than likely turn up existing issues in the property’s construction. If you choose to negotiate repairs with the seller of the home and a consensus is reached, we strongly recommend bringing us in to perform this follow-up inspection service once the work is completed. We’ll look back over the components that were replaced or repaired, ensuring that the home’s condition has been adequately improved so that you can invest with confidence.
