Buyers Home Inspection Services

Pre-Listing Inspection

We work with clients preparing to sell their home by offering an investigative home inspection prior to the listing of the property. This inspection service is designed to inform the seller about existing issues so that options can be explored ahead of time to ensure smooth negotiations and a successful real estate transaction overall.

Re-inspections

Our full inspection of your prospective home will more than likely turn up existing issues in the property’s construction. If you choose to negotiate repairs with the seller of the home and a consensus is reached, we strongly recommend bringing us in to perform this follow-up inspection service once the work is completed. We’ll look back over the components that were replaced or repaired, ensuring that the home’s condition has been adequately improved so that you can invest with confidence.

Radon Testing

A true invisible threat, radon gas is both undetectable by sight and completely odorless. Radon naturally occurs underground, but in certain cases, the gas can emerge through the surface and enter unsuspecting homes. Before you decide to finalize the purchase of a home, we can assess the property for radon contamination using specialized equipment necessary for detection. Radon contributes to serious health conditions such as lung cancer, underscoring the importance of this inspection service for every home-buyer.
